Rusty is a small brown-and-white dog with way too much personality for his size. He loves running on the sand, digging near towels, riding in the car, and meeting anybody who looks like they might throw a ball. He is energetic, nosy, and dramatic when it is time to leave the beach. He acts like every sunny day was personally scheduled for him.
